University of Washington – Lander Hall

Each year, a limited number of rooms will be reserved for course participants through University of Washington Conference Housing Services. The dorm will be located on west campus, and is a 10-15 minute walk from Magnuson Health Sciences Building, the location of the course. The dormitory is a very spare but economical choice for lodging during the course. University lodging accommodations are offered as one flat fee for the duration of the course. University Conference Housing is only available during the duration of the course and is only for those attending official University activities. Accommodation packages include: a room (shared or private are available, all accommodations have a shared bathroom), and a pre-paid meal card that can be used for meal purchases at designated University dining locations for the duration of the course.

Approximate housing package costs for 2018 (relative to 2017 costs) (includes applicable sales tax):

  • Single-occupancy dorm room: USD $1550.00
  • Double-occupancy dorm room: USD $1100.00

Participants will be able to register for housing after they have been accepted to attend the course. The information and link will be sent to participants who have confirmed their attendance. If you have been accepted but have lost the link please contact us at pshr@uw.edu.
