Tuition waivers are available for individuals engaged in specific fellowship programs, if the fellowship program does not have tuition assistance available:

• University of Washington Infectious Disease Fellows
• University of Washington STD/HIV Training Grant Trainees/Fellows
• Children’s Hospital Infectious Disease Fellows
• Fred Hutchinson Cancer Research Center Infectious Disease Fellows
• Howard University Medical Students

Those requesting tuition waivers for participation in specific fellowship or training programs listed above must complete the Principles Course Online General Application and note fellowship participation. If tuition assistance is available for those in the programs above, participants are requested to pay course tuition.

Tuition waiver or reduction requests from course participants of all institutions and other training or fellowship programs (except those listed above) are not available.
