Accommodations

Each participant is responsible for identifying, securing and paying for their accommodations. A number of hotels in the University area, all within approximately 20 minutes walk of the course site, are available to participants. Please see the hotel and on-campus options in the drop-down menu.

Disability Accommodations: To request disability accommodation, contact the Disability Services Office at 206-543-6450 (voice), 206-543-6452 (TTY), 206-685-7264 (fax), or dso@u.washington.edu at least 10 days prior to the start of the course.

US Visa

Foreign citizens will need to request and receive a US visa before arrival in the US. Please visit the following website to review the requirements for receiving a US visa: http://www.travel.state.gov/content/visas/english/other/transit.html. We are happy to provide letters of support upon request, after participants have applied and been accepted to attend the course.
