General applications are reviewed by Course Directors. Incomplete applications that do not include a recent CV will not be considered. Notification of acceptance will be sent via email approximately two weeks after the application deadline.
After notification has been sent, those who have been accepted will receive additional information on how to complete and confirm participation and how to pay the course registration fee. Participation is not confirmed until course payment has been received in full.
After confirming participation and submitting course registration payment, additional details and information to help you prepare for participation in the course will be sent. This includes additional information on accommodations, travel preparations, and a tentative schedule.
